What standard does this website follow?
We hold this website to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Those guidelines cover things like color contrast, text alternatives for images, clear headings, labeled form fields and the ability to move through every page with a keyboard alone.
What have we done so far?
We test the site with automated accessibility tools and fix what they find. Every page has a skip link that jumps straight to the main content, a single main heading, and form fields that announce what they are for. Photos carry descriptive alternative text, buttons and links have names a screen reader can read out, and the scrolling brand carousel on the home page can be paused.
We also check color contrast on buttons and text so that our contact details and project information stay readable for people with low vision.
What about content from other companies?
Some parts of the site come from outside services. The map in the footer is provided by Google Maps, and the contact form and employment application use Google reCAPTCHA. We do not control how those services are built, but if one of them gets in your way, tell us and we will help you finish what you started by phone.
Is anything still being worked on?
Yes. We keep testing as pages change. The employment application is long and asks you to attach a résumé. If any part of it is hard to complete, call us and we will take your application another way.
How do you report a problem?
If anything on this website is hard to use, please let us know. Tell us which page you were on and what happened, and we will work on a fix and get back to you.
Call (407) 286-1030 or use the contact form on our home page. You can also visit us at 3734 Mercy Star Court, Suite 100, Orlando, FL 32808.
